Our Health Guarantee

While we understand that no puppy can be replaced due to the special bond they share with their family, we want to give you peace of mind. If, within one year of purchase, your puppy experiences a serious health disorder that affects its well-being or, in the unfortunate event of passing due to a genetic condition, we will offer you a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost.

To process a health-related claim, the condition or cause of death must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, and we require a copy of the vet’s report via email.

Important Puppy Care Guidelines

• Please schedule a vet check-up within 10 business days of receiving your puppy. A licensed veterinarian must perform the examination, and we kindly ask you to share a copy of the medical record with us.
• Your puppy will arrive with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. Please follow your vet’s recommended deworming and vaccination schedule to maintain their health and wellness.
